  • What do SKILL PRO courses include?

    Each course is created, and managed by the instructor(s). The foundation of each course are its lectures, which can include videos, slides, and text. In addition, instructors can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students.

  • Where can I go for help?

    If you find you have a question about a paid course while you’re taking it, you can search for answers to your question in the Q&A or ask the instructor. Our Help Center has extensive information regarding SKILL PRO’s various features, and articles with troubleshooting steps to help you quickly resolve any issues you encounter. Our support team is also happy to help.

  • How do I find a course on the SKILL PRO Platform?

    You can find courses through our "Search for Courses" tool. You can select the category you’d like to study, such as hospitality or business; and/or the grade you are studying in, such as 1st Grade or 5th Grade.

  • Am I eligible for taking a course ?

    Every student and learner who wants to learn more or enhance a skill is welcome to our platform. We create PROs out of ordinary students.

  • What if I don’t like a course I purchased?

    We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on SKILL PRO can be refunded within 10 days. If you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. Review how to submit a refund request.

  • How can I pay for a course?

    SKILL PRO supports several different payment methods. Learn more about our payment methods.

  • How does pricing work for a course? Are there recurring charges?

    The type of course determines the list price of the course. For all school courses, we have a fixed pricing of ₹850 + GST per month. For all skill development courses, we have a fixed pricing of ₹1000 + GST. We don't differentiate the pricing based on any subject or any other factor. In addition, both type of course can offer discounts at any time. Once you have completed a purchase for an individual, marketplace course, you can learn at your own pace. You will be charged for the course again on a reccuring basis per month. You will have access to the course material as long as you continue to have access to your account, and SKILL PRO continues to have a license to that course.

  • Does SKILL PRO offer promotions on courses?

    Yes! We frequently run promotions that offer courses at great, low prices! If you want to be alerted of our promotions, please make sure you’re subscribed to our promotional emails.

  • Am I eligible for admission?

    Do I have to pay taxes when I purchase a course? Students who reside in India are required to pay a tax when they make a purchase on the SKILL PRO platform. Taxes are calculated based on government rates which may vary.
